At the 2021 Fine Arts Film Festival/Venice Institute of Contemporary Art, Jasmine Road won three top awards: Best Feature Film (producers Warren and Allen Sulatycky, Caitlyn Sponheimer, Deirdre Hill), Best Director (Warren Sulatycky), and Best Original Score (Suad Bushnaq). Jasmine Road was up against international narrative feature films from around the world. The film was selected for its' humanity and compassionate look at the issues of overcoming racism and hatred, and acceptance of others.
