International Filmmaker Festival of New York (May 21 - 24, 2021) - Jasmine Road garnered three nominations for Best Actor (Greg Ellwand), Best Actress (Aixa Kay) and Best Screenplay (Warren Sulatycky). We are so proud to announce that Greg Ellwand won the best actor award for his portrayal of Mac Bagley, a widowed cowboy who at the urging of his daughter takes in a Syrian refugee family of Arabic (booza) ice-cream makers. Congrats Greg for an incredible performance and to Aixa and Warren for their nominations.
